To support delivery of an organisational efficiency program, I led the review of a long-standing hire car contract in place with a global hire car that was considered an important element of the claim experience and significant annual expenditure that resulted in high focus for all stakeholders.

  • Developed strategic negotiation strategy including developing strategy to deliver improved commercial terms
